We deliver across Pakistan, including major cities and most remote areas.

Delivery time

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or during sale and promotional periods.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via SMS or WhatsApp, allowing you to keep track of your parcel.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order. From time to time, Gulzaa may offer free delivery promotions on selected orders or during special campaigns.

Cash on delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. For COD orders, payment is made directly to the courier representative when your parcel is delivered. Please ensure that your provided name, phone number, and complete delivery address are correct to avoid delays.

• Orders may be subject to verification before dispatch.
• Please keep your phone available after placing an order, as our team or courier partner may contact you for confirmation.
• If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may make another attempt before returning the parcel to us.
• Delivery timelines may be extended during Eid, sales, public holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.
• Gulzaa is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
