1. Products and colours
We make every effort to show our products as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly because of screen settings and photography lighting. Embroidery placement and fabric texture may differ slightly from piece to piece.
2. Pricing
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and [include / exclude] applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout applies to your order.
3. Orders and confirmation
- After you place an order, our team may contact you by phone, SMS or WhatsApp to confirm it.
- Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.
- We may refuse or cancel an order because of stock availability, pricing errors or suspected fraud. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
4. Payment
We accept [Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, debit/credit cards]. For Cash on Delivery orders, please keep the exact amount ready when your parcel arrives.
5. Delivery
- We deliver across Pakistan through our courier partners.
- Orders are usually delivered within [3 to 5] working days of confirmation. Remote areas, public holidays and sale periods may take longer.
- Please check that your parcel's packaging is intact before accepting delivery.
6. Exchanges and returns
- Exchanges are accepted within [7] days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and packaging.

SAAL is not responsible for indirect losses arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of [city].
