Products & pricing

We try our best to display product images, colors, sizes and details as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in color may occur due to lighting, photography or your device's screen settings.

All prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Product prices and availability may change without prior notice.

Placing an order

When placing an order, please make sure that all information provided is correct, including your:

• Phone number
• Complete delivery address
• City
• Selected size and product details

After placing your order, you may receive a confirmation through phone, SMS or WhatsApp. Gulzaa reserves the right to contact customers to verify an order before dispatch.

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, our return or exchange policy may apply.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through our courier partners. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on the delivery location. Remote areas and periods of high order volume may require additional time. For complete details, please refer to our Delivery Information page.

Cash on delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. For COD orders, the full payment must be made to the courier representative at the time of delivery. Customers are requested to accept confirmed orders — repeated refusal or rejection of orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

Returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to Gulzaa's return and exchange policy. Products must meet the conditions mentioned in our return policy to be eligible for a return or exchange. Please make sure to check the product size and details before placing your order.

Intellectual property

All content available on the Gulzaa website, including our logo, brand name, product images, graphics, text and other materials, belongs to Gulzaa or is used with permission. This content may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used for commercial purposes without our permission.
